Visual Impact Hats are judged on creativity, appearance and degree of difficulty	4 points each "In Awe! "Fabulous"	3 points each "That's a job well done!" "Nice job!"	2 points each "Okay, I see where they were going with that."	1 point each "What?" "I don't get it!"
Originality Should have a focus on drug prevention and having good character	4 points each Exceptional use of new ideas and originality to create hat or cap.	3 points each Good use of new ideas and originality to create hat or cap.	2 points each Average use of new ideas and originality to create hat or cap.	1 point each No use of new ideas and originality to create hat or cap.
Red Ribbon Week Send a Message, Stay Bully & Drug-free!	4 points each Hat or cap has a catchy slogan and incorporates a strong anti-drug and no bully message.	3 points each Hat or cap has a slogan, but it's not catchy.	2 points each Hat or cap has no slogan, but there is a clear anit- drug & no bully theme.	1 point each Hat or cap has no slogan or noticeable anti-drug and no bully message.
Appearance Can not be store bought. Must be designed by the student.	4 points each Outstanding and neatly done.	3 points each Really nice and sort of neat.	2 points each Could use a little improvement.	1 point each Needs lots of improvement.
