Scientific Concepts	poor Inaccurate understanding of the scienctific concepts. There is no evidence of work done	Good Very limited understanding of scientific concepts<BR> Concepts are not clearly explained	Proficient-3 An accurate understanding of most scientific concepts may include diagrams with labels (no explanations.) Concepts are explained with good clarity	Advance - 4 An accurate and thorough undertstanding of the scientific concepts through labels and explanations. Concepts are explained with excellent clarity
