Undertaking their roles	Poor Student did not put any effort into their designated role and were not dedicated and enthused with the work given	Fair Student put slight effort into their designated role and took little interest in the work given	Good Student put a good amount of effort into their designated role and were hard working when given a set task on instruction	Excellent Student put in a huge amount of effort into their designated role and were very dedicated, enthused and extremely hard working when a task or instruction was set
Students worked well in their team	Poor Student took little or no interest in their team, and were only focused on themselves	Fair Student took vert minimal interest in their team and only helped out when they were asked or told to do something. They didn't do it on their own	Good Student took interest in their team and helped out whenever needed. They also helped leaders in getting the team to work together	Excellent Student took great interest in their team and were a leader whenever it came to teamwork. They tried to get everyone involved and participating in all team activities
Participation in the game	Poor Student did not participate in the games, and acted as if they were only there because they had to be	Fair Student participated in the game a little only when the ball was given to them. They didn't go after the ball on their own	Good Student participated well in the game, receiving and passing the ball. The followed the game and tried to get involved where they could	Excellent Student participated very well in the game and was always trying to be involved. They followed the ball around and did the best that they could at all times
Teamwork and helping others out	Poor Student did not care for anyone else and never offered to help out when it was asked	Fair Student only helped out when it was asked of them and didn't show much interest in helping others out	Good Student helped out when they could and offered help to their teammates if they needed it	Excellent Student was always the first to ask if anyone needed help and assisted their teammates all of the time when it was needed
Personal attire and grooming	Poor Student was never in the correct uniform for class and if they were it was not worn correctly	Fair Student occasionally was in the correct uniform, but often was missing vital components e.g. Hat	Good Student was almost always in the correct uniform and only occasionally forgot some components	Excellent Student was always in the correct uniform and never forgot any components
