Lyrics are not clear. Some parts of singing is not audible. Voice tone is monotonous, harsh or croaky. Melody is not recognizable.
Fair

Most of the words are not clear. Phrasing is not distinct. Melody is recognizable, but out of tune. Voice tone is secure, but is too loud/too soft or breathy.
Good

Most of the words are clear. Melody is recognizable, but some parts are out of tune. Voice tone is secure but appealing. Most phrases are defined.
Superior

All lyrics are clear and the melody is distinct. Secure voice tone with emotional expression. Phrasing is defined and smooth.
What do you need to make it better?

Study the chords progression
Use proper fingers/frets/keys for each chord
Play all notes of the chord even, balanced.
Hold strings on the fingerboard tight
Strum proper strings
RHYTHM / TEMPO

Working at the same time and speed

Poor

Tempo is inconsistent and/or rhythms are not accurately played. Ensemble members don't start/end together.
Fair

Inaccuracies with rhythm or fluctuation of tempo distracts from performance. Some players are of beat.
Good

Rhythms and tempo are accurately performed, but sometimes ensemble members don't play together as one.
Superior

Rhythms between ensemble members are cohesive and tempo is steady. Beginning and the end of the selection is clear.
What do you need to make it better?

Practice to keep the beat with metronome
Play faster or slower
Follow cue to begin selection/s
Count the beats
Practice playing correct number of notes for each beat
