Leadership Assessment Paper 
The objective of this paper is to take an in-depth look into your individual leadership style(s). What is leadership? What does leadership mean to you? What are some ways to lead? Knowing your personal strengths and limitations, which leadership style is a good fit for you? Develop a code of ethics and describe and explain why this is your code (see fig. 3.1 & fig. 3.2). Discuss the strengths and weaknesses of your particular style(s). In what ways do you need to develop yourself as a leader?
