Make sure machine is on and allowed to warm up. Make sure there are adequate amounts of soap and sanitizing solution.
Place dishes in designated racks: glasses and cups in flat rack, trays on dish rack, silverware in bus tub with soap to soak, wash on flat silverware rack.
Stack trays individually with space to rinse/spray trays. Remove as much food material as possible prior to machine washing.
Close door securely, gently, without slamming.
Start dishwasher. Prepare next rack of dishes to be ready when dish cycle ends.
Carefully remove finished rack from dishwasher. Allow to steam/air dry a bit before stacking trays, cups, or bowls.
Carefully stack trays, bowls, and cups and store in clean bus tubs. Separate silverware into dividers. Put all other serving utensils in proper places.
Properly clean/drain dish machine prior to turning machine off. Make sure to clean/sanitize entire dishwashing area.
