Auto Tech Shop- Grading Skills Based on a posbile<BR> 100 avg each week.
	Highly competent 4 pts	Competent 3 pts	Some what Competent 2 pts	Not Competent 1 pts
Ability to Follow Directions Student follows procedural directives	4 Followed directions provided. Assisted others when asked.	3 Followed directions. Listened to others around him when needed.	2 Moderately followed directions. Worked at a pace that was productive but didn't listen to the instructor	1 Did not follow directions for any of the task and at times refused to slow down to do task well.<BR> <BR> Was Absent from class.
Level of Needed Assistance Student labels and Id's front suspension type and components using supplied parts	4 Student was able to complete the task without assistance.	3 Student was able to complete the task with little assistance.	2 Student was able to complete the task with moderate assistance.	1 Student was unable to complete task without major assistance.
Application of Safety Practices Student has uniform, work boots, safety glasses, mask, hair tied back, etc...	4 Student followed all safety rules.	3 Student followed most safety rules, may have forgotten one.	2 Student attempted to follow safety rules but failed to meet several.	1 Student failed to follow a significant number of safety rules.
