Personal Fitness Workout Video 
Students are to create their own workout video based upon the workouts we have completed in class and using their own research. The video must include a dynamic warm up, body weight workout. It must also incorporate fitness terminology and identification of muscles. The video must be 7-10 minutes long and must be submitted to me in a format where I can watch it
