Circuit Workout
Circuit Workout
Students are to create their own circuit workout based upon the different workouts we have studied. The workout must include a 10 challenging stations that include warm up, upper body, lower body, and cool down. Stations must include an identification of muscles that are being worked. The workout must be 30 minutes long and must be submitted the day you present.
