Rapport/Relationship Building 5 pts	Poor Interviewer never facilitated further discussion by the interviewee. Interviewer speech was difficult to hear or understand and interviewer did not pay attention to the client.	Fair Interviewer used minimal facilitation to further discussion by the interviewee. Interviewer interrupted the interviewee and did not pay close attention to the client.	Good Interviewer used facilitation some of the time, though awkward at times. Interviewee seemed hesitant to make more meaningful statements. Interviewer paid some attention to the Interviewee.	Great Interviewer used facilitation well. Interviewee responded with more meaningful statements. Interviewer did not speak too fast or too slowly. Interviewer was attentive to the answers of the interviewee.	Comments
Goal Setting 5 pts	Poor Interviewer never facilitated goal setting.	Fair Interviewer asked at least 2 interactions to set goals with client.	Good The Interviewer used interactions often and consistently to draw out interviewees goals.	Great Interviewer used goal setting skills well to determine interviewee's goals in counseling.
