Attitude /Preparedness	Poor Student has a negative attitude and lacks ability to perform desired tasks.	Fair Student shows lack of interest in performing tasks but is able to perform desired tasks efficiently.	Good Student is eager to learn and able to perform all tasks appropriately.
Skill	Poor Student is not able to complete any of the desired tasks.	Fair Student is able to proficiently perform half of the tasks required.	Good Student performs all desired tasks with confidence.
Comprehension	Poor Student is not able to explain the reason behind any tasks performed.	Fair Student is only able to explain the reason for action for half of the tasks performed.	Good Student is able to accurately explain the reasoning behind all tasks.
