It helps to understand how to perform at almost every phase according to wine service process.	Good The major part of the information is clear and precise. It helps to understand how to perform at almost every phase according to wine service process.	Fair Some steps and information seem to be clear supporting the process, but not over all. More information needed to know how to make a good performance.	Poor Information given is not very representative of the phases. It needs improving with more rellevant information.
Organisation Clarity and order	Excellent The infographic is clear, precise and perfectly follows the logical order.	Good The infographic is clear and precise and is presented following the process order in the major part of the document.	Fair Some steps and information seem to be clear supporting the process, but not over all.	Poor Steps and phases are unclear in most parts. They do not follow a logical order.
