Instructions All the instructions were followed	Exceeds Expectations Student created his/her project following all instructions.	Meets Expectations Student created his/her project but did not follow the instructions completely.	Needs Improvements Student created his/her project, however, most instructions were not followed.	Unsatisfactory Student either did not read or did not follow instructions.
Language Usage Proper spelling punctuation, and capitalization found in all parts of project. This includes sentence structure, paragraphing, and spelling.	Exceeds Expectations No errors were made. Student did not have any errors in the project.	Meets Expectations 1-3 errors were found in material.	Needs Improvements 4-6 errors were on the project.	Unsatisfactory 8-10 mistakes were found in the material.
Creativity Student used creativity in creating project	Exceeds Expectations The project is attractive and creativity above expectations for a seventh grader.	Meets Expectations The project was good enough to meet expectations for a seventh grader.	Needs Improvements The project could have used more time and effort to offer greater creativity.	Unsatisfactory The project was not very creative and needed greater effort.
