Goal Setting Project Rubric Goal Setting Project Rubric Students will demonstrate the ability to make decisions and set goals to enhance health. Students will identify a personal health goal and outline the process of achieving the goal using the SMART goal acronym. Students will define the goal,step by step, and keep track of their progress using the SMART outline. Students will reflect on whether they achieved the goal or how they will adjust it to keep working on it through reflection questions. Goal Setting & Process	Poor Student did not provide a clearly defined goal.	Fair Student set at least 1 post secondary goal to be achieved and/or showed some understanding for the goal setting process.	Good Student stated a clearly defined at least 2 post-secondary goals and showed understanding for the goal setting process.	Excellent Student stated at least 3 post-secondary goals and showed understanding for the goal setting process.
Reflection/Knowledge	Poor Student did demonstrate knowledge or provide a reflection on their goal and whether it was achieved or not.	Fair Student somewhat demonstrated knowledge and provided a reflection on 1 goal.	Good Student somewhat demonstrated knowledge and provided a reflection on 2 goals.	Excellent Student demonstrates full knowledge (more than required) by answering all questions with explanations and elaboration.
Complete & Timely	Poor No progress made.	Fair One goal goal completed.	Good Two goals completed.	Excellent At least three goals completed.
