Good Student is very focused in group work and participates their ideas.	Excellent Students is very focused and proactive in group work. Shows leadership qualities and contributes many ideas.
Confidence/Expression in performing	Poor Students does not participate or shows very limited confidence and willingness to perform. They do not demonstrate and understanding of beat or rhythm.	Sound Student participates in performance and performs with some confidence. They show some understanding of beat and rhythm.	Good Student is focused and confident in performing and moves with expression demonstrating and understanding of beat and rhythm.	Excellent Student is very confident and very willing to perform to their peers. They move with expression, demonstrating a strong awareness of beat and rhythm.
Memorisation of Routine	Poor Students does not show an understanding or willingness to follow the groups routine.	Sound Students shows an understanding of the most of routine.They may show some hesistation, but generally show they have practiced.	Good Students shows a strong understanding of the groups routine. They are mostly accurate and show little to no hesistation.	Excellent Students shows a strong understanding of the group routines.They are very accurate and show no hesitation.
