Quality of Work	Poor Student has incomplete and or basic DNA model.	Fair Student has desplayed basic information, but missing key flaws in overall project.	Good Student has mostly complete project just missing small details for overall points	Excellent Student has proper representation, proper display, elegant design and overall complete DNA model.
Construction	Poor Construction is rudamentary in design, failure to represent.	Fair Construction is loosely held together or poor in construction, loose guidelines or indistinguishable parts.	Good Student has standard design but is missing key information or incomplete model.	Excellent Student has excellent construction, functioning representation and overall complete project.
Base Pairing	Poor Student has no items labeled.	Fair Student has only certain items on model labeled	Good Student has all base pairs labeled but incorrectly paired or missing key information on a few base pairings	Excellent Student has all base pairs represented correctly and labeled.
Information	Poor Model is missing key or important information	Fair Model has basic information but is missing key ingredients	Good Model has almost all information or all information but is misslabeled.	Excellent Student has all functional information that is labeled, complete, and without error.
Accuracy	Poor Student missing important information on design.	Fair Student has missed most fundamental information or mislabeled sections of Model.	Good Student has overall complete and accurate information missing only few details.	Excellent Student has completely labeled information and accurate with no errors
