Progressing -Introduction includes thesis, but it is not clearly stated. - Supporting information is present in paragraphs, but not organized logically. -Conclusion is missing clear support of thesis.	Proficient -Introduction includes thesis and overview. -Supporting information is presented in supporting paragraphs. -Conclusion provides a summary of essay and final statement of support of thesis.	Advanced -Introduction draws in reader and includes well written thesis/overview. -Supporting information is presented in logical order and keeps reader engaged in topic -Conclusion strongly restates support of thesis and an organized summary.
