The Flavors of France The Flavors of France While studying the role food plays in French culture students will create a simple brochure that highlights three courses, breakfast, lunch and dinner in two different French regions with which it is associated. The brochure will include a description of a typical family meal using each meal of the day. The description will be placed on the front of the brochure to include pictures in the background. Good Contains a brief history of the 2 regions. There are no more than 2 grammar, spelling or punctuation errors. Includes a map of France with the region highlighted.
Presentation 20 pts workmanship	Poor Description on cover, and history is not included. Pictures are of a poor quality and do not add to the overall understanding of the material.	Fair Description and history are included. Pictures may be of a poor quality and might not add to the overall understanding of the material.	Good Description and history are included. Pictures are recognizable and attractive.
