The Healthy Life of a Senior 
At the end of the semester, after all the elements of physical fitness have been covered, students will be required to write their own 6 week workout plan. At the end of each week, the students must write a short summary about which elements matched the exercises. The students will be given an example of an exceptional workout plan.
