President's Fitness Challenge Students will evaluate their performance on the standards of President's Fitness Challenge. Each student must asses their score and rate it according to the measurements of their age. The student will pretest each area in the Fall and post-test in the Spring. President's Fitness Test Components Curl -Ups Shuttle Run Sit & Reach 1/4,. 1/2 and 1 mile run. Pull-Ups or Flex Arm Hang
	Developing 1 pts	Proficient 2 pts	Accomplished 3 pts
Movement Skill The student will formulate the proper movement pattern for the skill	Developing The student chooses the proper movement skill.	Proficient The student demonstrates the movement skill but is still needs more practice.	Accomplished The student assembles the correct movement skill and formulates the correct number (according to age) to pass each area of the test
Technique Skill The student demonstrates the proper technique skill	Developing The student interprets the proper technique.	Proficient The student distinguishes the right technique skill.	Accomplished The student composes the correct technique.
Peer and Teacher Assessment Peer and Teacher Evaluation.	Developing Each student will have two peers and the Teacher to evaluate their performance of the skill.	Proficient The students assess their performance of the skill.	Accomplished The Teacher, two peers and the student have concluded that the skill is performed correctly and that the number or time is meet for each area. - The student will place a sticker on the graph(Teacher's name) when they pass all areas of the test.
