Organization	Poor Student does not follow required format/order.	Fair	Good	Excellent Student presents information in required format/order.
Subject Depth and Knowledge	Poor Student does not have grasp of information; student cannot answer questions about subject. Student is not prepared.	Fair Student is uncomfortable with information and is able to answer only rudimentary questions. Student has done the minimal amount of work with no details or elaboration.	Good Student is comfortable with information. Student can answer questions on proposal and is at ease answering questions.	Excellent Student demonstrates full knowledge (more than required) throughout the proposal presentation. Student can answer all class questions with explanations and elaboration.
Eye Contact	Poor Student reads all of proposal with no eye contact.	Fair Student occasionally uses eye contact, but still reads most of proposal.	Good Student maintains eye contact most of the time but frequently returns to notes.	Excellent Student maintains eye contact with audience, seldom returning to notes.
Elocution	Poor Student mumbles, incorrectly pronounces terms, and speaks too quietly for students in the back of class to hear.	Fair Student's voice is low. Student incorrectly pronounces terms.
