Date and Place of Birth Report contains the birth date and place of birth of the saint.	Proficient The complete birthdate (month, day, and year) and place of birth (city/town and country) included in the text. (Based on available research findings.)	Developing proficincy Only part of the date and birthplace information included in the text.	Beginning One or both of the informtion requirements is missing completely.
Family Background Report contains available background information in a descriptive passage	Proficient Family background information is included within a descriptive paragraph.	Developing proficincy Family background information is included within three or four basic sentences.	Beginning Family background is simply listed or not included although information is available.
Personal Qualities Report contains information relating to the Saint's personal beliefs, characterisitics, service, and/or gift to the world	Proficient Personal qualities of the saint are included in a descriptive paragraph and are demonstrated in examples and stories from the saint's life. Common Prayer to Saint Report contains a prayer commonly said in petition to their saint. If no common prayer, student created prayer relevant to the saint's cause	Proficient Prayer commonly said to saint is written correctly or student created a prayer relevant to the saint's cause.
