Response Format 20 pts	Exceptional All critical parts of the original question are used in the restatement of the original question to begin the response.	Meets Expectations Most of the original question is used and restated to form the beginning of the response.	Satisfactory Some of the information from the original question was used to restate the question and create a response.	Unacceptable None of information from the original question was restated to for the response. Responses are incomplete.
Content 20 pts	Exceptional Answers are comprehensive, accurate and complete. Key ideas are clearly stated, explained, and supported with facts, knowledge and details. Sentences have great word choice.	Meets Expectations Answers are accurate and complete. Key points are stated and supported. Sentences have good word choice.	Satisfactory Answers are not comprehensive or completely stated. Missing several key points are addressed.	Unacceptable Little if any key points are addressed. Answers are vague and do not address any key points.
Organization 20 pts (Answers are clearly thought out and articulated.)	Exceptional Response is well organized, coherently developed, and easy to follow.	Meets Expectations Organization is mostly clear and easy to follow.	Satisfactory Response has inadequate organization or development. Structure of the answer is not easy to follow.	Unacceptable Responses are confusing and lack any organization. Responses are disjointed and do not connect to the question .
