Planning 25 % Process of utilizing necessary skills and clinical reasoning for intervention; demonstrating attention to client centered practice, collaboration, and culture.	Fail Poor use of clinical reasoning and judgment. Interventions are not relevant or meaningful to client.	Pass Good clinical reasoning and judgment are evident; treatment based and directly related to the client's ability and need to engage in desired occupations.
Interventions 25 % Process and skilled actions taken by occupational therapy practitioners in collaboration with the client to facilitate engagement in occupation related to health and participation; Specific strategies/approaches selected to direct the process of interventions on the basis of the client's desired goals and outcomes.	Fail Interventions are poorly articulated, non-relevant to client, little or no criteria for grading. Not likely to improve occupation.	Pass Intervention approaches and intervention activities targeted, focused, clear, relevant, meaningful, and intrinsically motivating: will improve occupation. Able to grade up/down.
