Navigation	Poor Site is difficult to understand and navigate. Buttons do not work or are missing. Student need constant supervision or help.	Fair Navigation is manageable, but some buttons are difficult to find or are slightly confusing. Students need reviewing on how to use the site regularly.	Good Site is easily navigated with easy to locate buttons that link properly when selected. Students can use site completely independently.
Graphics	Poor Site lacks graphics, or includes low quality graphics that are distracting or random.	Fair Graphics are of good quality, but do not seem related to the content of the site.	Good Excellent quality graphics that are related to the theme of the site and helps engage the user.
Curriculum Connection	Poor Skills targeted in site are not connected to the targeted skill or learning concept.	Fair Site seems to target skill, but lacks depth of content reinforcement.	Good Site is on target with skill and strongly connected to and greatly reinforces content.
