They are not placed in the appropriate spot on the project.	2 Neckstrap and ties are a little loose and attached a little crooked. They are not placed in the appropriate spots on the project.	3 Neckstrap and ties are not completely secure or are crooked.	4 Neckstrap and ties are attached securely and are not crooked. They are placed in the appropriate spots on the project.
Pockets	1 Pockets are not attached securely and/or are attached crooked. Stitching is not neat and even. They are not placed in the appropriate spot on the project.	2 Pockets are attached a little off from where the directions say.
