The product was created. Although there was something on the market like our product, we adapted things to be different. Therefore, it was unique. Invention was given a unique name. The use of the items was incorporated into the design.

Team created a product but it was already on the market, and there was nothing that was unique to it. The name given already exit. The use of the item was not incorporated into the design.

Team did not create a new product. No name was given. The item given was not used in the design.
Prototype

Excellent

Prototype agrees with neatly prepared drawings, meets criteria, and all assembly and construction done well.

Prototype agrees with drawings, meets criteria, and all assembly and construction done well.

Prototype agrees with drawings, meets criteria, poor assembly and construction.

Prototype disagrees with drawings, meets some criteria, assembly and construction poorly implemented.
Brochure

Excellent

All criteria was present: introduction, challenges, marketing. It also went beyond what was asked. (more information/background than required)

Most criteria was present, but missed one or two elements. Did most of what was asked. Did not add anything extra such as backgrounds or photos.

Missing several pieces of information from the required criteria. No photos/backgrounds.

Presentation to class

Excellent

Presented with group. Each member spoke on marketing the product. Voice was loud enough to hear well, and eyes were on then audience presenting to.

Presented with group. Each member had a section to present. Voice was good. Often looking at the screen while speaking. Actually reading off the screen.
Needs Improvement

Not all members contributed to presentation.
