Principles of Art	Poor - Needs Improvement The work has 2 or fewer examples of the principles of art. Definitions are correct and included for (1-2) Principles.	Fair The work has 3-4 examples of the principles of art. Definitions are correct and included for (3-4) Principles.	Good The work has all 7 examples of the principles of art. Definitions are correct and included for (5-6) Principles.	Exceeds Expectations The work includes all of the Principles of art and represents each one in a creative and thought provoking way. Personal artistic ideas have been incorporated. Definitions are correct and included for all of the Principles.
Overall Design	Poor - Needs Improvement The artwork on most of the work includes unoriginal and/or unfinished compositions, few or none of which represent the skills and techniques which relate to at least 1-2 of the Principles of Design	Fair The artwork on some of the work includes creative and mostly finished compositions, all of which represent the skills and techniques which relate to at least 3-4 of the Principles of Design	Good The artwork on most of the work includes creative and finished compositions, all of which represent the skills and techniques which relate to at least 5-6 of the Principles of Design	Exceeds Expectations The artwork on all of the work includes creative and finished compositions, all of which represent the skills and techniques which relate to at least 6-7 of the Principles of Design
