Organization	Excellent Content is well organized. Expressions fit into the topic of your choice.	Good Presentation is generally logical. Most information on topic is included.	Average Presentation is somewhat illogical and confusing in places. Information on topic lacking.	Poor Poorly organized. Incomplete coverage of topic.
Comprehensability	Excellent Reader can always understand what the writer is trying to communicate. Correct use of Chinese phrases and expressions.	Good Reader can understand most of what the writer is trying to communicate. Mostly correct use of Chinese phrases and expressions.	Average Reader can understand less than half of what writer is trying to communicate. Incorrect use of Chinese phrases and expressions.	Poor Incomprehensible throughout. Uses Pinyin throughout.
Vocabulary/Content	Excellent Writer goes above and beyond, using a wide variety of vocabulary. Correct usage of new or unfamiliar vocabulary.	Good Write uses a variety of relevant vocabulary. Vocabulary is appropritate to the level and topic.	Average Writer uses some vocabulary. Most of the vocabulary is basic and repetitive.	Poor Writer doesn't use sufficient vocabulary. Effort	Excellent Writer fulfills the requirements, has used class time wisely, and has put care and effort into the process.	Good Writer fulfills all of the requirements, used some class time wisely, and put some effort into the process.	Average Writer fulfills some of the requirements, rarely used class time wisely, and didn't put much effort into the process.	Poor Writer has not fulfilled the requirements, never used time given in class, and did not put any effort into the process.
