Food Truck Project 
The purpose of this project is to research the information & skills needed to run a Food Truck Business (FTB). To complete the project you will need to develop and/or design the following: a business concept, truck design, logo, menu & menu board, a business plan, marketing materials, identify licenses required and present your project with a tasting sample of a menu item.

Concept,Truck Design, & Name

Excellent

Concept is very clear and shows imagination. Restaurant name fits the theme of the truck. It is displayed in several locations to be visible from different angles of the truck. The truck design is displayed neatly and in a way that is attractive to the customer. The name and truck shows creativity. The truck model/sketch is neat & detailed.

Business plan is missing entirely or missing 2 or more sections, not typed, many grammatical or spelling errors, shows poor writing skills and is difficult to comprehend.
Permits & Procedures
