iRubric: Executive Functioning Skills rubric

Student independently and automatically checks each day for work that is due and any that is overdue.

Student independently asks for missing work or to stay after for extra help.

Checks Schoology and Email several times per day.

Student needs occasional reminders to check Schoology for assignments due and for missing work.

Student takes initiative with occasional reminders to begin working on any assignments that are late or due.

Does not use tools to check assignments due and/or missing work. Relies on teacher to provide and go over current work and work that may be late or missing.

Full assistance to determine work due.

Work is completed

Work is turned in on time

Student takes initiative to study for tests and completes study guides and notes on time.

In extenuating circumstances, student is self-advocating and asks for time extension.

Student completes some of the work.

Occasionally turns in assignments late (1-2 assignments/week).

Student continues to need teacher reminders and direction to check and work on assignments due.

Student needs teacher reminders to prepare for tests/study.

Review/study guides are not completely filled out after checked by teacher. Notes are missing some relevant info. for benefit of test taking.

Student does not make any effort to make up work that is missing.

Missing work/work not turned in on time.

Student is dependent on others to direct work, study for tests, or compete other tasks he or she is responsible for.

Student does not complete study guides, notes, and may not participate in test reviews.
