Sales Presentation 
The project will evaluate tha students selling an item in a business setting in a competitive environment. Create unique scenarios for different agricultural contexts: seed sales, livestock breeding stock sales, equipment sales, wedding flower arrangement sales, etc.

Associate displays a solid grasp of the solutions/features of the product, but fails to build a connection for how these will solve BOTH the client situation and pain.
Good

Associate displays excellent knowledge of the product solutions/features.

They directly connect the solutions/features to the client situation/pain/impacts.

There is room for improvement to make the connection more clear for the client.
Excellent

Associate clearly understands the product features/solutions.

Draws direct relationships between features/solutions and customer situation/pain/AND impact.

Clearly explains how the product can solve the client issues.
Closing/Next Steps

Associate delivers a clear and compelling call-to-action/closing statement.

Associate does NOT attempt to complete the sale/proceed, and does NOT thank the client for their time.
