Writer exceeds or fulfills the requirements by writing 4-5 paragraphs including back ground information if needed, an appropriate summary and good reflection points. Student was able to tie the article to the AP themes and discuss practices and products specific to their country. Clearly student has put care and effort into the process. The topic is thoroughly discussed.

Writer has written at least 4 paragraphs that contain the majority of the required content. Reflection may be a bit short or not give specific example or context, but appears to be thought through. The student has put some care and effort into the process.

Writer has written between 3-4 paragraphs and included a some of the topics. Reflection paragraphs or tie in to the AP themes may be missing. The topic is only half way discussed.

Writer has written <2 paragraphs and covered few, if any, of the required content. Incomplete coverage of topic. Appears rushed or incomplete.

Student has taken time to clearly establish a structure to the summary and reflection of the article. A reader could find links to the article, see pertinent information including any required background understanding. Student clearly shows their insights and clearly went beyond giving additional information for the interested reader. This may include graphics, charts or information specific to the student's country.

There is good structure. A visitor to the site could clearly find the required information related to the article. Resources and tools to aide understanding are present. Student meet the requirements and it feels complete. There may be a desire on the reader to learn more, or to understand a bit clearer the feelings, opinions or insights of the writer.

The layout shows some structure, but it may be difficult for the reader to find information or required assignment components. There are images and links to the article, but few or incomplete feel.

The appearance on the website is rushed or incomplete. It might appear that information is simply copied and pasted from other sources. Visually unappealing or difficult to follow.
