Constructing Support Students will choose and present appropriate information logically and select relevant supporting information.	Enlightening States a clear position and uses variety of information, appeals, and techniques, to support position. Lecture is highly logical, clear, and organized.	Shining States a clear position and presents supporting evidence.	Flickering Position is unclear and/or supporting evidence is weak. Overall, ideas do not flow, are somewhat unclear, or lack organization.	Fading Speech made little to no sense.
