Behavior	Great Job! Student sat on the chair the whole time and completed his task very patiently.	Good Work Student was able to sit on the chair and complete work with very little redirection.	OK job Student needed some more redirection to sit on chair and/or to complete task.	Keep Trying Student was not able to perform the task because of poor behavior.
Disposition	Great Job! Student was excited to learn and complete their work. Student is able to fold clothes with some to no assistance.	Good Work Student maintained attention through the task for task completion.	OK job Student asked for little help to complete folding, but had difficulty focusing.	Keep Trying Student completed work but has extreme noninterest in project, therefore a lot of hand-over-hand assistance is needed.
Performance	Great Job! Student is able to complete folding clothes with 100% accuracy.	Good Work Student is able to fold clothes, but needs some assistance.	OK job More hand-over-hand is needed to complete the task, but the student developed more independence towards end of the task.	Keep Trying More guidance and practice is needed to develop this skill.
