Personal Fitness Workout Video/Presentation
Students have a choice to work as a small group or work on their own to create a workout video based upon the different workouts you have researched or that we have completed in class. The workout must include an objective. The video will include a warm-up, exercise session, and cool down. It must also incorporate fitness terminology and identification of muscles. The video must be 10+ minutes long and must be submitted on DVD or on a flash drive to be transferred to my computer.
