Scale accuracy	Excellent-A Drawing is drawn to scale as per success criteria. Dimensions are shown in drawing. Details, fixtures, appliances etc. are drawn to scale.	Fair-B Drawing is drawn to scale as per success criteria. Some dimensions are shown in drawing. Details, fixtures, appliances etc. are drawn to approximate scale.	Good-C Drawing is drawn to approximate scale. Details, fixtures, appliances etc. are drawn to approximate scale.	Poor-D/F Drawing is not to scale. There are some details but with approximate scale.
Lines types/ quality	Excellent-A Bold/thick lines are used to draw the main outline, walls, section lines. Lines of furniture, windows, door symbols are medium light. Text and dimension lines are light. Floor finish lines are thin and light.	Fair-B Thick Lines are used on the focused elements of the drawing. Medium line weights are used for the secondary details and thin line weights are used on the fine details.	Good-C There is slight variation of line weights to show elements of different importance.	Poor-D/F There is no variety of lines throughout the drawing.
Creativity	Excellent-A The design project is exceptionally attractive in terms of design, originality, neatness, dominance, rhythm, composition, harmony, color, contrast etc.	Fair-B The design project is attractive in terms of design, layout and neatness and demonstrate an understanding of the use of design tools.	Good-C The design project is acceptably attractive though it may be a bit disorganized and does not demonstrate a clear understanding of layout: dominance, size, rhythm, balance, etc	Poor-D/F The design project is distractingly cluttered or devoid of necessary elements and very poorly designed. It is not attractive.
Completeness	Excellent-A All success criteria is met: all requirements have been addressed; drawing, name, date	Fair-B Most success criteria is met: Most requirements have been addressed.	Good-C Main elements of design project are there with some missing details.	Poor-D/F Design project is missing the main requirements.
