Natural Light Portraits

Direct Light	1 Light very soft - not direct at all.	2 Photograph is moderately underexposed or overexposed. Shadows need to be more extreme.	3 Exposure is correct and the image looks great. Nice hard shadows with good composition.
Indirect Light	1 Light very hard - not indirect at all.	2 Photograph is moderately underexposed or overexposed. Shadows need to be less extreme.	3 Exposure is correct and the image looks great. Nice soft shadows with good composition.
Moods/angles	1 Photographer needs more imagination with subject and composition. Moods and angles did not match lighting effect.	2 Angle OR mood matches lighting "emotion", but more imagination/thought needed with subject matter/technique.	3 Angle supports the emotion in the shot. Composition & subject matter show creativity. Moods are very effective and very different in direct and indirect photos.
Photoshop enhancement	1 The requirements of the assignment were not met.	2 Student fulfilled the requirements, but extra effort would have enhanced work.	3 Student grasped the technical and artistic concepts. Used Photoshop techniques to enhance the image to its fullest potential.
