Poster research Presentation
Students will present a complete overview of a chronic care topic from a concept based category. You will need the poster to follow the template provided in guidelines using APA formatting. The presentation should be no longer than 10 minutes. All presentations will include a question and answer portion which involves your fellow classmates.
