Neatness	Poor Sign is not neat at all or is very small in size.	Fair Sign could be neater and / or larger. Looks some some effort was put in, but could have taken time and been more careful.	Good Sign mostly neat and accurate. Sign is large, but not as large as the paper.	Excellent Sign is very neat with accurate symbols and is the size of the full sheet of paper.
Color Correctness	Poor Student does not use colors appropriately for the traffic signs.	Fair Student sometimes uses colors that are somewhat accurate.	Good Student usually uses colors that are mostly accurate.	Excellent Student used color that are 100% accurate
Sign Description Page	Poor Very little information and not neatly organized	Fair Has some of the information, but missing important criteria. Somewhat organized.	Good Has most information, but could be more detailed. Well organized	Excellent Has all information (category, colors and full detailed description). Very neat and highly organized.
