Students are not able to follow presentation or takes notes based on the presentation.	Fair Presentation was connected to the Constitutional principle assigned. The connection was not totally clear. Students are able to follow, but may have difficulty taking notes on the presentation.	Good Presentation had a clear connection to the Constitutional principle assigned. Students are able to easily take notes from the presentation.
Preparation/Research How was the Presentation prepared or researched?	Poor Presentation was put together with little effort. There is little to no evidence of research or new learning.	Fair Presentation was put together with aa decent amount of effort and thought. Evidence of research and new learning is apparent.	Good Presentation was well thought out and/or had a good deal of effort put into it. Evidence of research and new learning is obvious.
Presentation How was the Presentation presented?	Poor Presentation was sloppy and/or disorganized. There were no pictures elements included in the presentation.	Fair Presentation was presented in a neat and orderly fashion. There was at least 1 element included in the presentation.	Good Presentation/Essay was very well done.
