Physical Evaluation 
This week we will be doing various exercises/events to evaluate where you are physically and athletically. The exercises/events you will be evaluated in include: 40 yard dash, push-ups, pull-ups,leg lifts, arms scissors and sit-ups. We will stretch as a group before any PE activity to help prevent any injuries and to maximize performance! Everybody do your best! =)
