Maturity	GREAT responses demonstrate high-level of maturity for age	AVERAGE responses are comparable to peer group	POOR responses are immature for age group
College Going Goals	GREAT values a college education and has a desire to attend collage, but does not have a plan	AVERAGE plans to attend collage. Has clearly outlined plan to get into college of choice	POOR Does not communicate a desire to go to college
Team Player	GREAT Evidence that the student takes a leadership role in group situations. Student contributes well to a team and works well with others.
