Project Expectations
	Poor 5 pts	Fair 10 pts	Good 20 pts	Excellent 25 pts
Demonstration of Knowledge	Poor Student does not show a greater than basic understanding of the concepts. Demonstrates a lack of ability to Identify or define fundamental ideas from the lesson. The student did not explain how the concepts work together.	Fair Students demonstrate a greater than basic understanding of the concepts.	Good Students demonstrate a good level of knowledge regarding the concepts and are able to define the ideas there in.	Excellent The student demonstrates detailed knowledge of the concepts and is able to explain how they function and interact with one another. The student provided detailed as well as any additional relevant information that could further promote understanding or explanation of the concepts.
Level of Analysis	Poor Students do not successfully analyze the concept or provide examples of its historical impact.	Fair Students are able to successfully analyze the concept and provide a brief explanation of several key impacts that it had on historical events.	Good Students are able to provide a comprehensive analysis of the concept and explain the broader impact it had on further historical events.	Excellent Students provide a detailed analysis of the included concepts and a breakdown of their greater impact and tertiary impact an additional historical events and modern society.
Understanding and Application	Poor Students do not provide any modern parallels to historical concepts or explanation of the lasting historical impact.	Fair Students are able to explain how these concepts could have an impact on the present day.	Good The student is able to provide modern day parallels to historical concepts and explain how they had a lasting impact.	Excellent The student demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the concepts and is able to relate them to modern parallels . The student is also able to demonstrate the impact of the concepts through to the present day.
