3D Clothing Art 3D Clothing Art Students design and produce wearable clothing from recycled, reused or repurposed items using the theme of their political issue. The final presentation will be a student write-up and media presentation describing their clothing and their issue. Clothing must include a shirt or a pair of pants. Items must be worn by the wearer. 	Level 4 Exceeds the requirements for this subject and grade level's standards. 4 pts	Level 3 Meets the requirements for the subject and grade level's standards. 3 pts	Level 2 shows many characteristics aligned with this subject and grade level's standards but does not meet all expectations. 2 pts	Level 1 Shows a minimum number of characteristics aligned with this subject and grade level's standards but is far from meeting the expectations. 1 pts
CONTENT Clothing must include the following: Must be a pants or Shirt. Include at least 5 facts, dates, or pieces of information that tell your story about the issue	Level 4 Clothing includes more than 5 required items(facts) and shows great creativity in execution.	Level 3 Clothing includes the required items and shows some creativity in execution.	Level 2 Clothing includes all but one of the required items and does not show creativity in execution.	Level 1 Clothing does not include more than one required item and is lacking creativity.
THEME Clothing is designed around the theme or personal culture or heritage and connects to your issue	Level 4 Issue is extremely obvious in all pieces and shows great originality and purposeful thought in planning.	Level 3 Issue is obvious in all pieces and shows originality and purposeful thought in planning.	Level 2 Issue is not obvious in all pieces and lacks originality and purposeful thought in planning.	Level 1 Issue is not evident in the clothing, and planning is not evident.
PRESENTATION CONTENT Written or media introduction uses colorful language to describe clothing, with connections to the issue and students .	Level 4 Written or media introduction uses colorful language and shows a definite connection between the finished clothing and issue.	Level 3 Written introduction uses colorful language to describe the finished clothing and shows some connection between the finished clothing and issue.	Level 2 Written introduction uses basic language to describe the finished clothing and shows little connection between the finished clothing and issue.	Level 1 Written introduction does not describe the finished clothing in any way and shows no connection between the finished clothing and issue.
