Meets requirements	Poor Does not meet criteria for substance or can't accurately explain the information about the substance.	Fair Barely meets criteria but they are not correctly identified or explained.	Good Meets all criteria but incorrectly identifies or explain a section within the presentation.	Excellent Meets all criteria with the correct labels and explanation.
Creativity	Poor No creativity. Blank, no effort or appealing qualities.	Fair Some effort, lacking in color, or eye catching sections.	Good Colorful but still not great effort. Lacks the extra something to make the flyer stand out.	Excellent Creativity is flowing and colors are used properly and catch your attention to read through the flyer.
