Correctly Categorizes	Poor Sorts 6 or less pictures correctly	Fair Sorts 7 out of 10 pictures correctly	Good Sorts 8 - 10 vertebrate animal pictures correctly
Works Cooperatively	Poor Remains on task less than 80% and does not actively or cooperatively participate in small group. Student does not solve problems by him/herself.	Fair Remains on task 80% - 89% and mostly participates actively and cooperates in small group. Mostly applies "ask 3 before me" rule.	Good Remains on task 90%-100% or more and participates cooperatively in small group. Applies "asks 3 before me" rule.
Use Academic Vocab	Poor In small group students will correctly verbalize less than 3 categories of vertebrates.
