Interpretation: Message	Excellent Forms a somewhat reasonable hypothesis about the symbolic and narrative and technical devices used and is able to support this with evidence from the video.	Above Average Student identifies the literal meaning of the video but is unable to articulate the narrative and technical devices used	Average Student can express how the video makes the audience feel but has difficulty discussing the devices used to achieve this in a fulsome way	Below Average Student finds it difficult to identify the main devices being used in the video or discusses them superficially.
