Myth Connection
Myths as Personal Stories
Final exam in which students are asked to select a myth from our studies and analyze the myth as it represents them or as a god or goddess compares to a modern superhero. Function, effect, and significance of literary elements should be discussed. Evidence from the myths and from students' lives (anecdotes) or from the superhero's story should be included.
