Professionalism 5 %	Excelling Shows attentiveness and listens quietly while others are speaking and tuning. Always brings supplies to rehearsal: shoulder rest, folder, music, rosin. Presents preparation for each lesson/rehearsal.	Proficient Attentive and listens quietly while others are speaking and tuning the majority of the time. Brings all supplies to rehearsal almost always. Displays preparation most of the time.	Fair Attentive, listens and is quiet about half of the time. Brings most of their supplies most of the time. Displays preparation some of the time. Right Hand 10 %	Excelling Violin/Viola: Thumb bent, placed between the pad and frog, opposite 2/3 fingers. 2/3 fingers across stick between 2nd and 3rd joint. Hand leans toward tip. Pinky bent and on top of the stick.	Proficient Frequently has thumb bent, placed between the pad and frog, opposite the 2nd and 3rd fingers. 2nd and 3rd fingers are placed between the 2nd and 3rd knuckle. Pinky frequently bent and on top of the stick.	Fair Often has thumb bent, placed between the pad and frog, opposite the 2nd and 3rd fingers. 2nd and 3rd fingers are placed between the 2nd and 3rd knuckle. Pinky often bent and on top of the stick.
